150 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
30 gr maizena
3 gr ragi instan

1 sdt bumbu ngohiong
½ sdt garam
½ sdt kaldu jamur
½ sdt jahe parut halus
2 sdm minyak goreng
1.Place the flour/starch combination (either option 1 or 2), instant yeast, sugar, salt, and oil in a mixing bowl. If you are using a stand mixer, use a dough hook attachment. Add cold milk or room temperature water.
